According to the New York Daily News, Cruise and Holmes chose not to invite Winfrey to the party this weekend, as well as their wedding in Italy.
Winfrey and the Mission: Impossible star have been good friends for several years, and it was on her show where Cruise jumped on the sofa and announced, "I’m in love."
Several other celebrities attended the November 18 wedding including Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony and Jim Carrey.
The second wedding party will take place tomorrow at the home of Cruise’s business partner, Paula Wagner. A representative for Winfrey confirmed that she will not be present.
