Following her separation, Spears started hitting the bar scene. She has been doing heavy partying, which has affected her image.
No one wants to help Spears save her reputation. A source revealed, "She is kind of a mess. She won’t take anyone’s advice."
Spears, 24, has lost a lot of weight since filing for divorce. She has been seen smoking, drinking and partying with Paris Hilton.
