Lawyer for Kevin Federline, former husband of singer Britney Spears, revealed that there has never been a a sexual video.
Lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, stated that there were "reports rampant in the press and media regarding rumors of alleged attempts by Kevin Federline", to sell a video.
For the last few days, sources have disclosed that Federline wanted to swap an intimate video, for custody of his kids.
The lawyer added that, "anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else."
Federline and Spears were married in 2004, and filed for a divorce last month. Federline is asking for joint custody.
