According to InStyle magazine, Winslet is hoping to enlarge her little family. The actress is already the mother of Mia, 6, and Joe, 3. Winslet, 31, who can next be seen in the film The Holiday, explained, "I’m hoping to have more kids. I don’t whether one or two. Oh, God, I would love to have more."
Winslet added that her joys of motherhood grow as her children grow, saying, "Mia said to me the other day in the car, ‘Mum, I really love your cooking. To me it was a sort of incredibly triumphant moment, the fact that she observed that I do cook their meals."
Winslet also hopes that her children don’t get spoiled by materialistic things. For Christmas, the English star urges her friends and family to keep gifts to a minimum. She said, "I have to phone people and say, ‘Please, books and pens only, or mittens and hats.’"
