Several people had been named in order for him to have the same initials as his older brother, Sean Preston. Spears and her husband, Kevin Federline, have never actually confirmed the name of the baby.
Some insiders claim that the boy is actually named Jayden James, which is what Federline’s mother has been calling the baby.
