According to ITV, Campbell is facing justice after being accused to throwing a telephone at the head of a former cleaning woman. The 36 year-old model will face a judge in a Manhattan court.
The hearing may be adjourned, as it was last June. There is also a chance of a plea bargain.
Campbell was arrested last March after Ana Scovalino filed charges, in which she claims that the model threw a phone at her head because she suspected her maid of stealing a pair of jeans.
Scovalino required stitches after the attack. Campbell has already denied the charge of secondary assault. If found guilty, the supermodel could face up to seven years in prison.
