According to Life and Style Weekly, the singer and actress will be opening a restaurant chain next year called Daisy Duke’s.
Joe Simpson, the father and manager of the young blonde star, came up with the idea. A source told the magazine, "Joe’s going to make a lot of money from this."
The first restaurant will open at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The In This Skin singer has agreed to make at least five appearances per year at the eatery.
A representative for Simpson, who recently divorced singer Nick Lachey, has not confirmed the restaurant project. Earlier this week, Jessica and her sister, Ashlee Simpson, were criticised by a Christian minister for using sex to sell their music.
