The Just My Luck star was involved in an accident on September 15, which resulted in a broken wrist. Lohan fell while at a New York fashion show at Milk Studios. The actress was taken to St. Vincent Hospital.
Leslie Sloane Zelnick, a publicist for the actress, confirmed that her client’s writst was broken. Zelnick added that the star was wearing flat boots, but that the floor was slippery, saying, "Lawyers are looking into (the situation)."
The publicist added that Milk Studios did not take the proper security measures, saying, "There’s a pending investigation."
This is Lohan’s second trip to hospital in just weeks. In July, the actress needed medical care due to heat exhaustion on the set of her film Georgia Rule, which is currently in post-production.
