According to the American magazine Star, Hudson and Wilson have been denying rumours that they are a pair, although the Hawaii trip is again bringing fuel to the stories.
The two You, Me and Dupree co-stars have kept their distance since the media circus began after Hudson announced her split from rocker husband, Chris Robinson.
Hudson, 27, and Wilson, 37, were spotted dining together with friends in Maui. However, representatives for both stars are not making any comments.
