According to the Associated Press, Jennifer Aniston (The Break Up), recently faced Peter Brandt in court in Los Angeles. Brandt photographed the star topless in 2005.
Aniston’s lawyer, Jav Lavely, stated: "It’s a confidential settlement. The matter was amicably resolved."
Last December, the actress decided to sue Brandt who photographed the star using his cell phone. According to Aniston, he invaded her private life.
Peter Brandt argued that he was at least 300 metres from Aniston’s home when he snapped the pictures.
