The Rolling Stones band member has called the attention of Scottish authorities on Friday in Glasgow. The Rolling Stones were performing a show for their world tour, A Bigger Bang, when Richards lit a cigarette and smoked in front of thousands of fans.
The scene may not seem unusual, except for the fact that smoking is banned in Scotland in all enclosed spaces. If Richards is charged for the incident, he may have to pay 74 Euros, while Hampden park could face a fine of 370 Euros.
Richards will celebrate his 63rd birthday on December 18.
