According to Contactmusic, Theron has found new fulfillment by acting as producer for the film East of Havana. The experience has convinced the South African beauty that acting could not fulfill her any longer.
The star does admit that she thinks Hollywood may never think of her as anything but an actress. She particularly thinks many behind-the-camera roles in Hollywood are not easily obtained by women. She said, "I think it’s going to take a while in this industry. Especially for a woman to step up and say I am capable of actually doing the job. I think that’s been the biggest bump for me in the road, but it’s something that I really, truly enjoy doing."
