All of the names have been changed in the film, for example, Vanity Fair will be called Sharps magazine, and Carter will be called Clayton Harding.
Robert Weide, who directs the popular cable series Curb Your Enthusiasm, will direct the project. Filming is set to begin in the spring in both New York and England.
