Funnyman Murphy is romantically involved with Melanie Brown, otherwise known as Scary Spice. Friends close to the couple say, "They’ve been lying low and trying to keep it quiet, but they are definitely an item."
Murphy, who provided the voice to Donkey in the Shrek films, has been divorced since April, 2006. He was married for fifteen years to Nicole Mitchell, with whom he has five children.
