The American star has turned into a party planner, inviting 100 of her friends to celebrate the New Year in South Africa with Nelson Mandela. Some of the celebrities who will attend the event include John Travolta and Julia Roberts. The talk-show queen is reporting paying for all of her guests accomodations and activities, aside from their air fare.
Winfrey is also opening two a new girls school in South Africa, which will open its door on January 2, 2007.
