The actor was recognised for the anniversary of his 28th year in acting. The Cyrano De Bergerac star revealed that he was inspired by Russian author Dostoevsky.
During the award presentation, the French actor paid tribute to Russia, saying he had "always had a good feeling for the soul of the Russian people, maybe because I learned to read with Dostoevsky".
