According to the website Etonline, the accuser, Gaby Gibson, is suing Campbell for employment discrimination, personal injury, civil assault and civil battery.
The model has one month to respond to the summons. Last March, the model was charged with assault in the second degree for allegedly hitting another housekeeper with a cellphone. That alleged victim was reportedly later taken to a hospital with a cut on her head.
Naomi Campbell, 36, will again need to appear in court soon.
