On the band’s website, other members of the Backstreet Boys confirmed that Kevin, 33, will always be welcome if he chooses to return in the future.
The big decision was for Richardson to leave the world of pop music and fully live his life. Richardson said, "It was a tough decision for me but one that was necessary in order to move on with the next chapter of my life."
His bandmembers said, "The door will always be open for him to return to the Backstreet Boys."
