A Los Angeles judge has ruled that Rodriguez was in violation of her probation from a previous arrest. The young star was on probation from a drunk driving incident that happened last December in Hawaii. She had also had similar legal problems in 2004.
Rodriguez will begin her sentence on May 31. Additionally, she has been sentenced to 30 days of community service, and will also participate in alcohol education programs.
Last April 26, Rodriguez left her prison cell after a 5-day stint for the Hawaii incident. She was then ordered to serve 240 hours of community service and a fine of $500.
