Rumours of marriage trouble were following the couple after Madonna failed to include Ritchie in her ‘thank-yous’ after winning a Brit Award in February.
The couple, who live in London, decided to change their scenery with a trip to California, and it seems that their plan has worked. They are much happier and comfortable with one another again.
In an interview with Closer magazine, Ritchie’s father, John Ritchie, said, "L.A. seems to have helped them. It’s easier out there because there is less pressure. They seem to have left the bumps they were having over here behind them."
Madonna and Guy Ritchie have a 5 year-old son together, Rocco. Madonna also has a 9 year-old daughter, Lourdes.
