The star has entered a deal with Elizabeth Arden Inc. to develop and market a new perfume collection. The first products from the line should be available by spring, 2007.
"We are thrilled to begin this partnership with Mariah Carey," E. Scott Beattie, chairman and CEO of Elizabeth Arden, said in a statement. "She is, unquestionably, a star of incredible magnitude. All over the world, people aspire to the values she represents."
Elizabeth Arden has already teamed with other celebrities, including Britney Spears and Hilary Duff.
