The actress, who is on the cover of the March edition of the magazine, and Playboy founder, Hugh Hefner, have come to an agreement. The star was threatening to sue to publication for picturing her without her consent.
Hefner agreed to give a large amount of money to a charity in honour of the actress. In addtion, Hefner wrote an apology letter to the star of the films The Fantastic Four and Into the Blue.
