In an interview with the Associated Press, the rep for the 25-year-old star, Rob Shuter, confirmed that Simpson is seriously considering it.
Simpson filed for divorce from her husband Nick Lachey in December. Her rep explained, "Nothing has been finalized yet. It is true that she’s exploring options."
Shuter revealed that Simpson and her family have been working for many years to help orphan children in Mexico. Simpson visited Mexico fo the first time when she was eleven.
