A Los Angeles court ordered David Hesterbey, 48, to stay farther than 90 meters from Aniston and her residence.
The Santa Barbara man was inside the home of Aniston before her employees realized that they had an intruder. Aniston was not at home at the time and police were called immediately.
Hesterbey plead not guilty on Monday and was released on a $70,000 bond. His hearing is scheduled for September 7.
