Felt was the anonymous insiders who helped Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein of the Washington Post to expose the Nixon administration in the Watergate scandal.
Universal has purchased the rights to adapt Felt’s life into film, as well as the rights to John O’Connor’s story. O’Connor was the San Francisco lawyer whose article written for Vanity Fair revealed Felt’s identity.
