The couple was in Bakersfield, California Wednesday, during a ceremony honouring the singer, when Brooks proposed marriage to Yearwood.
Brooks was in town for the unveiling of a bronze statue of himself, among other country stars, at the Buck Owen’s Crystal Palace.
Oh, and by the way…Yearwood said "Yes"!
