Britney is Eating for Two!

Now four months along, the young woman has recently visited a doctor complaining of stomach aches.  Tests concluded that everything is fine, however the star will need to take it easy for a while.

Spears is also getting ready for her upcoming reality show.  The television series will showcase the life of her and her husband, Kevin Federline.
