Accoustic Tour for Alanis Morissette

Canadian singer Alanis Morissette has announced that she is starting an accoustic tour in June.

The tour begins in Toronto on June 7, marking the tenth anniversary of the release of the album Jagged Little Pill.

The six-week tour is promoting the re-release of the album in an accoustical version.  For only 6 weeks, the CD will be sold exclusively in Starbucks coffee shops.

"We’ll play the album from start to finish," the artist told Billboard recently of the summer jaunt, "although we’ll probably play around some with the order. We’ll also throw in some other songs from the last 10 years."

Aside from Toronto, the only other Canadian city the singer will visit will be Vancouver on July 9.
