Swank will have to pay $163 for breaking the New Zealand law banning foreign fruits. The Million Dollar Baby actress said she forgot to declare the apple and orange when she touched ground in the country.
She had appealed the first charge, but her plea was rejected, and she is now responsible to pay the fine.
She explained, "After my 20-hour flight I simply forgot I had one orange and one apple. I do apologize sincerely."
