If the rumours are true, Clive Owen will follow Sean Connery, Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan in the role of agent 007, in the next installment from Ian Fleming, Casino Royale.
Martin Campbell, who directed Owen and Angelina Jolie in Beyond Borders, has already been chosen to direct the 21st Bond film.
