In the suit, several details are given by the Toronto woman, who claims that Cosby drugged and groped her at his Cheltenham home in January, 2004.
Cosby has denied these charges.
The plaintiff’s attorney is looking forward to bringing the case before a jury. She said there are many other pieces of evidence that have not yet been presented. Jokes that the actor has made regarding the situation are proof that Cosby is the type of man who would do such an act, she added.
The case is expected to be tried in the fall. Cosby’s attorneys have not yet made any statements.
