Conan O’Brien’s cozy house is on the market

Conan O’Brien, a 59-year-old talk show host and comedian, has decided to put his cozy Santa Barbara County beachfront home on the market. The amount is admittedly a whopping $16.5 million, having previously paid $7.9 million (as of May 2015). However, extensive renovations have been done on the home. The home features panoramic ocean and 50-foot beach views, one bathroom, two bedrooms, a game room, a downstairs gym with locker/shower room and a surf closet.

The house also has a garage with a Tesla charging station, a guest house, including an upstairs penthouse… In short, enough to make you dream!
