25 years after Diana’s death, her impact on the lives of her loved ones is still felt

This August 31st marks the 25th anniversary of Diana Spencer’s death.

Twenty-five years later, Lady Diana still has an impact on those whose lives were linked to hers

The world stopped on August 31, 1997 when a car accident killed Princess Diana and two others.

Princess Diana was beginning a new chapter after her divorce from Prince Charles, but her life was tragically interrupted when a car accident killed her, Dodi Al Fayed and her driver, Henri Paul.

Prince William

Prince William was only 15 years old when his mother died. Today, he carries on Diana’s legacy – from supporting her causes to his hands-on approach as a father.

His recent decision to move his family from London to the Windsor countryside reflects Diana’s wish for him to have as normal an upbringing as possible.

“William is a living example of his mother,” said Diana’s former bodyguard, Ken Wharfe.

Even 25 years later, Princess Diana continues to forge a man who will one day be the king himself.

Prince Harry

Prince Harry was most obviously affected, at least in the public eye, by Diana’s death.

After tumultuous years, the young man will eventually open up and face the issue both privately and publicly, especially through his relationship with Meghan Markle.

The latter has obvious similarities with Diana, whether it is her presence and her ardor, her sense of rebellion and the obsession that the British press maintains for her …
