Kim Kardashian paid $70.4 million for a beachfront property in one of Malibu’s most coveted neighborhoods. This transfer is by far the most expensive in Malibu this year and the 4th most expensive California sale of 2022. The Mediterranean villa-style home built in 1994 was owned by former model Cindy Crawford.
