This bar has built its history thanks to its huge terrace, and this one was visited to excess by students from UQAM and the CEGEP du Vieux Montréal.

However, the bar encountered several difficulties due to the pandemic, which came right after a temporary closure for renovations in the fall of 2020.

In January 2022, La Presse reported that the building was on the market for $15 million. Still according to La Presse, people were interested in buying it in order to develop a commercial and residential project.
