Anna Nicole Smith Buried in the Bahamas

This decision was rendered by Judge Larry Seidlin, in Florida.

This ruling went against the wishes of Smith’s mother, who wanted her daughter buried in her hometown in Texas.

Anna Nicole Smith, 39, was found unconscious in a Florida hotel on February 8.  She died minutes later.

Before Smith returned to Florida, she had been living in the Bahamas.  Her son, Daniel, 20, died in the Bahamas of a drug overdose.
