Beyonce Knowles Accused of Song Stealing

Jennifer Armour of Minneapolis is charging that the song Baby Boy is a copy of her song Got a Little Bit of Love for You.

According to the plaintiff, the star discovered the song in March, 2003.

A court date has been set for October 28 in Houston, Texas.

Baby Boy was recorded by Knowles and Sean Paul and released in October, 2003.  The song is on the first solo album by Knowles.
