Beyonce Knowles Wins Her Battle

A Superior Court Judge in the United States rejected the claim by writer Jennifer Armour that Knowles had copied her work for the successful song Baby Boy.

The plaintiff had claimed that her former manager had given a demo of her song to the record label of the singer.  In a statement, Knowles said that she is happy with her victory.  She said, "I am grateful and relieved to have this behind me and I am eager to move on."
