Beyoncé Saddened by the Split of Her Group

The three singers from Destiny’s Child were invited on the television program Total Request Live on MTV.

Knowles could not hold back the tears when the discussion turned to the separation of the group, something that was announed last month.

Kelly Rowland came to Knowles rescue and stated, "This is not cool because we’re very emotional. We call it the end of a chapter, which is still a beautiful thing because there’s more chapters to come individually."

"We still haven’t had kids yet; we’re not married. We’re not breaking up. We’re growing up."

Destiny’s Child announced that they would each go solo after a concert in Vancouver in September.
