Brandy Counter Sues

The star, whose real name is Brandy Norwood, and Mallory Ham are suing eachother for negligence.

Brandy contends that Ham caused the accident on December 30 in San Diego that resulted in the death of a California woman.  Ham claims that Brandy’s wreckless driving is to blame.

According to police, Brandy’s Range Rover failed to slow in traffic.  Awatef Aboudihaj, 38, of Los Angeles was killed in the accident.
