Cameron Diaz’s Legal Battle Over

A Los Angeles judge ruled in favour of Diaz, who said that the photos were taken before she became famous, and wishes that they will not be published.

The photographer, John Rutter, tried to sell the pictures back to Diaz at a price of $3.3 million.  He was found guilty last July for attempted larceny.

This time, the judge denied Rutter’s request for $10 million for a breach of contract with Diaz.  In addition to refusing his demand, the judge put a permanent injunction on the photographs, which will never be permitted for public use.  Rutter must also pay the legal fees for Diaz.
