Coldplay Denies Split Up

The commotion began when Chris Martin told the audience that the group won’t be back for a long time.

These words had a larger impact than the singer would have imagined.  In fact, even EMI Records had a drop in their stocks.

A spokesperson for the group stated that, "Coldplay is on the road until July, when their 16-month X&Y World Tour ends in Japan.  They will then continue working on new material."
