Two photographers are accusing the women of assault, defamation, verbal abuse and negligence.

The incident took place last November in Canada.  The two stars were staying at the River Rock Casino filming the movie Blonde and Blonder when photographers Rik Redyck and Scott Cosman starting snapping pictures.

Denise Richards became enraged and took a laptop computer from the men and threw it over a balcony.  The laptap then landed on an elderly woman who was in the lobby.

According to the lawsuit, which was filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles, Richards and Anderson lied to the media about the incident in order to make the photographers look guilty.  The two men are claiming that they have lost wages due to the incident and are asking for unspecified damages.  The outcome of the case will be determined by a jury.
