Denise Richards Attacks the Paparazzi

The 35 year-old actress, who was in Vancouver filming Blonde and Blonder, threw a laptop computer from the balcony of her hotel.  The computer fell to the lobby below, hitting two elderly women.  Police were called to the hotel, but no one was seriously injured.

According to the film’s producer, Dean Bornstein, the star was simply trying to protect herself from the paparazzi.  Throwing the computer was just instinct.  No formal charges have been placed against the star.

Richards is best known for her roles in the films The World Is Not Enough, Wild Things, Drop Dead Gorgeous and Scary Movie 3, among others.
