According to IOL, Aniston kept the 29 million dollar residence the couple owned in Beverly Hills.  Pitt is going to have control of the Production Company, Plan B Productions that the couple owned.

Aniston will still have shares in this company, that has produced over a dozen films, such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
