Take a virtual tour of the apartment from The Wolf of Wall Street

The famous apartment featured in the movie The Wolf of Wall Street went on the market in April for approximately $5 million. This iconic three-bedroom property is located in the Milan building on East 55th Street in New York City. The building is also known for having served as a setting for several popular productions, including the TV series Gossip Girl, The Good Wife, and Blue Bloods.

The apartment is reportedly owned by businessman Bert E. Brodsky, who is said to have purchased it for approximately $4.5 million in 2015, while the building was still under construction. A resident of Long Island, he reportedly uses the property primarily as a pied-à-terre rather than a primary residence.

During the filming of the movie, he reportedly made the premises available to the production crew by handing over the keys, before stepping away during the filming of scenes. He is said to have returned to the site later and briefly encountered the crew in the middle of their work.
