80% Of Women Diet Regularly

A survey shows that 8 out of 10 women diet regularly.

Top Santé magazine in association with Harris Interactive conducted a survey to determine women’s eating habits.

The results showed that 8 out of 10 women watch what they eat in order to lose weight. 30% of them continually pay attention to their diet. 

The women surveyed said they were more careful about their diet at specific times throughout the year, like before the arrival of summer, after the holidays, upon returning from vacation or before a special event.

This leads to significant constraints, like hunger between meals, fatigue and meals with friends or colleagues because women are afraid to give up certain foods.

Weight gain is usually due to snacking, unhealthy diets and menopause. Women also stated in the survey that they wanted to lose weight to feel better or for health reasons.
