People reports that Mexican star Gael Garcia Bernal and Dolores Fonzi will be the proud parents of a baby boy.
At the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday (September 6), Bernal refused to reveal the sex of his unborn child to the press. However, Fernando Meirelles, the director of the film Blindness, starring Bernal, said, "It’s a chico! A boy!"
The director added, "I was talking to him about [the baby] today and he’s so excited."
Meirelles’ revelation forced the actor to confirm the news. When the 29-year-old actor was asked what his reaction was to the news, he replied, "Like everyone’s reaction. Happiness!"
