According to People magazine, Barton and Chris Adler have gone their separate ways. Dvora Vener, a representative for Adler’s band, made the official announcement, saying, "They have parted ways to concentrate on their careers."
The break-up comes just after the former star of The O.C. discovered naked pictures of her boyfriend among the possessions of Paris Hilton. A source close to Adler explained, "Mischa wasn’t too excited. I think it was actually worse for her than for me in some ways."
Barton, 21, is now finishing work on the film Virgin Territory.
