Young 13 to 18-year-olds are invited to participate in an online contest on Got-Noise.com to earn a chance to direct Usher’s next videos.
"It gives me another way to give back, inspire young people and also reinvent music videos," stated the R&B singer.
Participants have until March 20 to submit their candidacy. Once pre-selected, they will be divided into two teams to work on a video concept. Starting in April, the interns will be asked to vote for the most interesting project.
In addition to working with Usher, the teens will receive concert tickets, a laptop computer and software.
